Trees are like people - some have roots wider than their immediate appearance.
We should start our own personal regeneration and reinvention to feel who we are and understand how we are connected to nature in many invisible ways. The transformative process of co-creation and experimenting with our creativity for something good will put us on the path of purpose.
Renewal from within mirrors regeneration of the outside. When we are in balance, nature is in balance. When nature is broken, we also die.
Our personal growth has far-reaching consequences on other people and nature.
In that related sense, we have both selfish and unselfish reasons to try to understand ourselves as we protect nature.
Biodiversity, the world's ecosystems and vulnerable communities are paying for our unsustainable unlimited growth and selfish overconsumption. Soon more of us will become victims if we don't start changing our unhealthy habits and replace ignorant destructive work with something creative and responsible.
Deep down, we know if we are doing the right thing. We don't need science to show us all our faults. Although science can show us invisible layers, deep connections, and global causes and consequences.
So each of us knows we can make more thoughtful, ecological and selfless choices to protect and preserve nature. The critical answer is: Will we find a way to do it? Or Will we come up with millions of excuses?

It is easy to stay in the cycle of fear as it is everywhere, disguised as competition, ignorance and greed. But, completely opposite, the cycle of love requires personal involvement and a sense of adventure and represents the authentic path you are creating as you grow in co-creation with others. Unfortunately, systems around us, like debt slavery, education, media, taxes, reckless growth, unsustainable consumption, environmental destruction and many others, are designed to suck us into the cycle of fear and keep us numb and obedient.
Some people are just surviving, and some are thriving, but unfortunately, many just waste their lives as they ignorantly and selfishly pollute and destroy the planet and themselves.
Nature is mainly suffering from our ignorance and selfishness and our blind overconsumption. Yet, we all need to learn about belonging to the natural web of life and supporting its biodiversity and healthy ecosystems. Yet, we all must practice compassion toward human beings regardless of their place on the pyramid of luck. Yet, we all must create products that improve our well-being and protect natural resources while keeping us focused on our purpose. Yet, we all have to learn to love and understand more, help more and inspire more.
In such future, even 10 billion of us will have a place to grow and thrive.
Our art of life is to pull ourselves into the cycle of love and inspire others to make their lives remarkable and extraordinary.

After many decades of challenges and growth in many dimensions, some people have something precious to say, give direction and show the light.
What a 70-year-old wise person might say to younger people:
1. Take care of your health. If the body stays strong and the mind curious, we live longer and more profoundly. It's essential to prioritize your physical and mental health throughout your life. This includes eating a healthy diet, exercising regularly, getting enough sleep, and managing stress.
2. Build strong relationships. Having someone close to share joy and sorrow, create or dance together is love many don't have. The people you surround yourself with can significantly impact your happiness and well-being. Make an effort to cultivate deep, meaningful relationships with friends and loved ones. Love and respect nature too.
